Breathe slowly
The Mystery Behind Every Breath
Breath is the only key that opens the universe. From the crown down to the root.
Breathe slowly. From your core.
Breath is the only key that opens the universe.
So focus on it. Every day.
Breathe slowly. Breathe from your core, from your stomach, not from your lungs.
Let your belly rise. Let it fall. Slow and steady.
This is where the mystery begins.
We will walk from the crown at the top of your head down to the root. Read slowly. Breathe as you go.

Seventh chakra
The Crown
The seventh chakra is the crown, at the top of your head.
You can't rush to it, and you can't skip ahead. The crown is only felt after you have reached all six chakras below it.
When you reach it, you are pure human.
Your thoughts no longer drive you. Your soul does.
The soul drives you, not your thoughts.
Sixth chakra
The Third Eye
The sixth chakra is the third eye, the pineal gland, on your forehead between your eyebrows.
This is where you start to question everything that doesn't make sense.
Everyone has intuition. Everyone.
But the higher self means a higher frequency.
Most people understand things after they happen. At a higher frequency, you catch them before they happen.
Before, not after. That is the difference.
Fifth chakra
The Throat
The fifth chakra is the throat. This is clarity.
Most people live the same day again and again. The pattern repeats, and they don't see it.
With clarity, you see the pattern that others miss in their repeating life.
You see it clearly.
Fourth chakra
The Heart
The fourth chakra is the heart. This is where beauty meets the beast.
The heart sits at the border between hell and heaven. And right there, at the border, fear attacks.
When fear attacks, lean toward the positive. Bend yourself toward the positive.
Ninety-nine percent of the work is yours. The universe gives the last one percent.
Think of a cup. A full cup can't take anything new.
So first, empty it. Empty out comfort. Empty out ego. Empty out illusion.
Then pour in discipline. Pour in strength. Pour in clarity.
Your body sits at the office, but your mind is somewhere else. When your mind is elsewhere, it is your heart that is elsewhere.
Or you are alone, replaying a fight in your head, again and again. That is your heart being somewhere else, instead of here, in the breath.
Come back to the breath. Come back to here.
Third chakra
The Solar Plexus
The third chakra is the solar plexus, at your stomach.
This is your core. This is where your breath should come from.
Not from your lungs. From your core, from your stomach. Slowly.
Breathe from here every day.
First chakra
The Root
The first chakra is the root, near your tailbone.
This is the eat, sleep, repeat life.
Eat. Sleep. Repeat. The same steps, day after day.
The map in your body
Your body holds the map. From the top:
The crown, the seventh chakra, at the top of your head.
The third eye, the pineal gland, the sixth chakra, on your forehead between your eyebrows.
The throat, the fifth chakra.
The heart, the fourth chakra.
The solar plexus, the third chakra, at your stomach.
The sacral, the second chakra, just below your navel, in your lower belly.
The root, the first chakra, at your tailbone.
And your breath moves through all of it.
The wise and the foolish
The wise think of the consequences before they speak or act.
The foolish speak first.
So pause. Breathe. Think of the consequences. Then speak. Then act.
Closing
This is the mystery behind every breath. Slow. From your core. Every day.
There is no such thing in this universe bigger than love.
