Reality 3 of 7
You Are the Fuel
I keep coming back to this one thing.
Maybe you’ve felt it too. That… pull. Like something’s running and you’re just inside it. Tired. Not even sure when you agreed to any of it.
Here’s what I think.
The system is not running you.
You’re the fuel.
You’re the one running the system.
That’s it. That’s the thing.
Sounds small when you say it out loud. It isn’t.
It only looks huge because you keep showing up for it. Your attention. Your participation. Your ordinary days. Feeding it without even noticing you’re feeding it.
So what if you step back.
Just… two steps back.
And you stop. Stop feeding it your attention. Your participation.
The engine stops. Automatically.
The game collapses on its own.
Because it doesn’t even have an engine of its own.
Don’t go into the engine.
Don’t.
I know the urge — go fix it, go fight it, go get inside it. Don’t.
The engine will stop on its own.
The game doesn’t need your agreement.
It needs your participation.
That’s the part that got me.
Agreement was never the point.
Okay but — what happens when I step back?
